संगठन का विस्तार ही मनभेद और बिखराव

लोकतंत्र व सामाजिक तानेबाने में किसी संगठन, पार्टी, कुनबा, दल, संघ आदि की गहरी पकड़ होती है। लेकिन संगठन और दल का जैसे-जैसे विस्तार होता होता उसके पदाधिकारियों और सदस्यों की महत्वाकांक्षा बढ़ती जाती है। इसी कारण एक निश्चित उपलब्धी हासिल करने के बाद संगठन का ग्राफ नीचे आने लगता है। संगठन के पदाधिकारियों के आपसी सुर विरोधी होने लगते हैं। लोकतांत्रिक व्यवस्था में दलों की महती भूमिका होती है, 1950 के पहले और बाद में बड़ी संख्या में राजनैतिक ही नहीं बल्कि अराजनैतिक दल, पार्टी, संघों का जन्म हुआ उनका विस्तार भी दिनदूनी चार चैगुनी गति से हुआ, लेकिन जितनी तेजी से ऐसे संगठनों से लोग जुड़े उतने ही तेजी से उसका पतन भी जारी हो गया। इस मसले को ऐसे भी समझ सकते हैं जैसे चार लोगों ने हमारा दल नाम से पार्टी का गठन किया, उक्त चारों ने कड़ी मेहनत कर जिला, मंडल, प्रदेश में दल की सक्रियता बढ़ाने के लिए काम किया, किसी भी संगठन का पूर्णतः सफल बनाने में औसतन 10 से 20 वर्ष का समय लगता, समय गुजरने से संगठन की लोकप्रियता से दल में रोज नए लोग जुड़ते गए। दल में नए लोग भी संगठन के लिए पारंपरिक ढंग से काम शुरू करते हैं और उसका विस्तार होता जाता है। नई-नई सोच भी समय-समय पर संगठन या पार्टी के लिए नई मुसीबत खड़ी करते हैं। मानव व्यवहार है कि एक निश्चित उपलब्धी के बाद वह स्वयं को सर्वोपरि की श्रेणी में महसूस कर महत्वाकांक्षी काम न होने पर विरोधी सुर अख्तियार कर लेता है, संगठन में सामूहिक लाभ व हानि का गणित होता है इसलिए संगठन के सदस्यों, पदाधिकारियों और फालोवर के मन में यही महत्वाकांक्षा पूरे बिखराव की वजह होती है। देश-दुनिया में सभी संगठनों के कई किस्ते इतिहास में दर्ज है।
